What an amazing experience tonight at Napolis! We had an amazing time tonight with the most amazing waitress. It's a family owned restaurant from Italy and they are the nicest people you will meet. Not only that but the food was incredible!!! I had the Lasagna and it was the best Lasagna I've had in my life! No joke... Was traveling from out of town visiting my girlfriend but I will be back every time I'm back! YOU HAVE TO COME!!!

I went with Two cousins and the food was immaculate. Our experience was perfect. We were immediately greeted with a nice dining experience and roles not only was the restaurant beautiful and clean, but our rolls included butter on the side and our server was so nice and kind to us and gave very helpful recommendations you guys would love this beautiful Hidden gem!

Everyone was nice. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms & the photo on their website showed 3 large mushrooms but we were presented with 1 large and 4 very tiny mushrooms. For $14 they were not worth the money. The chicken Alfredo was chewy & the noodles looked like they'd been sitting around awhile. Had to separate the chicken from the dish & eat the noodles & sauce alone. The chicken was too chewy to eat. I tried but I couldn't. Kind of funny. The waiter who we paid with up front was pretty obvious re: a tip. He complemented my wife's top when it didn't deserve the compliment. MY WIFE SAID THIS, NOT ME.

Excellent house red selection, best bread I’ve had since I traveled Europe—and it paired especially well with the Alfredo sauce. The decor and ambience is very tasteful. The pasta wasn’t hand-made, but the sauce was. And it was some of the best Alfredo I’ve ever had. You can tell the chicken was also thawed, but it wasn’t overcooked and still retained a good amount of moisture. For the price, I genuinely don’t think you could possibly get better.

I think we've made a full circle. I really want to rate this place higher but I can't get myself to do it. We arrived at 7:10. In awe with the decor of the place as we were seated at 7:15 and served with bread at 7:20. The bread was absolutely delicious and I was excited to get my food in. We were all very hungry. This was lead to us walking out at 8:40 because our food still wasn't served. I would have absolutely waited longer for the food if the servers were being honest and upfront. We got the "we are extremely busy" while there were a couple empty tables We did get our appetizers within 10 minutes of ordering. So if they were busy, wonder how the apps were served. Either way, the server or the manager couldnt care less. When I asked about the food, I didn't get an answer and when I said "if it's going to be much longer I'd like to leave as the kids are hungry", she told the waiter "cancel the order" even before apologizing for the wait. Hence the 1 star for service. I understand places get busy. But I don't understand waiting over an hour between apps and main course while couple tables are empty and folks who arrive after you get served. I'm not saying avoid this place.
